When 🚀 Boost is activated for selected products, we push those offers to other marketplaces. The system automatically selects offers! One of the main criteria is price and rating, so ensure you have the best price and quality stock.
Open the product and hover over the 🚀 “Rocket” icon to get more info about the selected Boosted offer.
Here is an explanation of the available information:
- If the offer is available on the marketplace, we list each marketplace.
- If we identify the best offer from a marketplace, we display it so you can easily set a better price.
- If a marketplace does not have a listed price, we could not retrieve the current best offer; these listings are highlighted in orange (e.g., Driffle).
- If the Keybin offer price is the best on a marketplace, that marketplace and price are highlighted in green (e.g., Eneba).
- A similar display is available when adding an offer.
We are introducing Seller Ratings ⭐! The seller’s rating is calculated based on various factors. Here’s an example of how it works:
- ⭐ 3.5 – Calculated Rating → This rating is derived from various data points we have about the seller.
- < 1.1% – Refunded Orders → Percentage of refunded orders (anything above 2% is considered poor).
- < 1.2% – Bad Keys → Percentage of used keys or incorrect regions (anything above 2% is considered poor).
- 100+ Orders Delivered → Total number of orders successfully delivered by the seller (higher is better).
- 5.0s – Average Delivery Time → Average time for delivery after checkout (delivery times exceeding 7 minutes are considered poor).
- 1+ Year – Member Since → Duration of the seller’s membership on the platform.
We transparently display all available information. In some cases, even if certain metrics seem poor, they may be irrelevant to your specific business needs. Poor (red-colored) metrics indicate performance that is below marketplace standards.
To make the data easier to interpret, we use color-coding to highlight key points. This way, you can quickly assess a seller’s performance.
With the introduction of seller ratings, we aim to achieve our goal of reducing refunds to below 0.5%.
